The machine itself is identical—only the filters are different. 

The “Without Carbon” version comes with four pre-installed EPA11 filter panels. These filters provide 95% single-pass filtration efficiency for 0.3-micron particles. Because they have lower resistance, they cause less airflow loss, deliver higher CADR, and therefore purify faster. They contain no activated carbon and are designed for solid particulate matter only. 

The “With Carbon” version includes EPA11-grade filters plus activated carbon: 120 g per panel, 480 g total. The activated carbon removes VOCs and odors. 

Both filter types are exactly the same size, which means that when you order replacement filters in the future, you can choose the model that better suits your actual needs.

1. The 5Pro offers a significant aesthetic upgrade over the 3Pro, now featuring a commercial air purifier look.
2. It adds a TFT screen and PM2.5 sensor, giving you a clear view of the current PM2.5 level and fan speed.
3. It introduces an Auto mode—press and hold to enter or exit—that automatically adjusts fan speed based on real-time PM2.5 readings.
4. Magnets are integrated into the plastic parts, simplifying assembly compared with the 3Pro.
5. The usable filter area is 25% larger than the 3Pro’s.
6. Overall dimensions are slightly larger: length and width increase from 32 cm to 33 cm, and height from 32 cm to 39 cm. Weight increases to 4.1 kg (non-carbon edition) / 4.9 kg (carbon edition). It can still be disassembled and packed into a 20-inch suitcase.
7. We’ve redesigned the fan structure. The fan is now mounted inside the main frame, improving its ability to withstand external forces during transport and reducing the risk of bearing damage.

H13 filters has too much pressure loss and will significantly reduce the air flow so is not the best option for a room air purifier.

We ship locally from warehouses in the country of sale. Our warehouses in the US and Canada stock Type B plugs, the UK warehouse has Type G, Australia has Type I, and Germany has Type F. For East and Southeast Asia, we ship from China and have all of the above plug types available. So you will receive the plug type normally used in the country you order from. 

There is one exception: Ireland is part of the EU, but we only provide Type F plugs, so orders shipping to an Irish address will need a travel adaptor.

The Sound Power level is 62db and the Sound Pressure Level is 53db at 1m distance. 

It can be adjusted to run very quietly while still delivering a high purification rate.
