Has AirFanta products been certificated?

The 4Lite and 3Pro are UL507 certified by SGS for US and Canada to ensure the devices meet the safety requirements.

Also 3Pro and 4Lite are California Air Resources Board certified to ensure there is no ozone emissions.

Covid virus is so small, can 3Pro or 4Lite filtrate it?

Absolutely.

Covid virus particles are not transmitted on their own; they are typically affixed to airborne particles.

Also, HEPA filters are designed to capture particles of all sizes, including the minuscule ones.

Why is AirFanta using H11 filters instead of H13 or Merv 13?

The higher the filter grade, the more efficient the filtration and the greater the resistance to airflow.

While an H13 filter can capture nearly 100% of particles that pass through, it significantly impedes the air flow rate. Conversely, a Merv 13 filter maintains a decent flow rate, but only ensures that 75% of the output air is clean.

The H11 filter strikes a balance between these two; it filters out 95% of particles of 0.3 microns, and 99% of particles of 1 micron, and 99.9% of particles of 5 miciron without substantially reducing the air flow.

Therefore, H11 represents the most balanced filtration level, offering the highest Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR).
